Guests entering the D.C. Greenpeace office Monday-Friday will be required to sign in at the front desk and wear name badges indicating that they are part of the Summit.



DC office front desk:

A greeter's station will be set up in the foyer from 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, to help guests with any questions etc.



Business center:

A business center will be open to summit participants in the Bob Hunter classroom, located at the back of the DC Greenpeace office.


Hours of operation are:

Monday and Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00p.m.


Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00a.m. - 7:30p.m. – While the center will be open during summit hours, it will close at 8:30a.m., allowing attendees to make their way to the Goethe Institute for when the summit starts.


There will be a support staff member on hand from 7:00a.m.-8:30a.m. (Tu-Th), 12:20-1:30 (M-F), and again from 5:00p.m-7:30p.m. (Tu-Th).


The business center will be equipped with:

    • Computer dedicated for printing

    • Printer

    • 2 laptops with web access

    • Wireless network (with a guest login)

    • Paper shredder

    • 2 phones


A long distance code is available by asking the person on duty at the front desk or when such persons are available at the business center.
